RECON is an independent EU based consultancy company, focused on providing IT-based, specially designed complex decisions for governments, organizations and institutions. We have the experience and impetus to work on European Union projects, other programs and projects mainly in the field of the information technologies, project management, regional development, training in implementation of EU projects and social and cultural sphere.

The company provides highly professional consultants for the above-mentioned areas (economists, lawyers, information and communications technologies experts, teachers, psychologists). Young people using contemporary information technologies on a daily basis take part in our administration activities.Our work pattern is not traditional for Bulgaria, using the opportunities provided by the information and communications technologies. To that end we have established the so-called “virtual office” which enables us to work long distance but in a team with coordinated efforts. The network saves time, efforts and money. This makes us flexible and efficient as far as access to us is concerned as well as our access to our clients.
